Help and FAQs
While some of us have used blogs before, and may be familiar with the basics, others may want a little instruction on how to get the most out of things here. To get started, I’ve put together a few resources to help folks out. If you have any questions about any of this, or would like me to add to or edit these resources, feel free to contact me [Anthony DeRosa of ASDWA] directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if I’m stranded on an island with nothing but my smartphone or tablet? …can I still access important CapCert information?
Of course! Not only is the CapCertConnections Blog mobile-friendly – you can go directly to the URL in any mobile browser – but all of you Android, BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad users can download the WordPress App from their respective marketplaces. Just do a quick search for “WordPress”, download the official app to your mobile device of choice, and start adding your favorite blogs for fast access. Alternatively, you could add the RSS Feed [https://capcertconnections.asdwa.org/feed] to your mobile device’s RSS Reader to keep track of the news that way. Here’s a load of information on the different apps that you can get for WordPress Blogs, if you’d like to learn more: http://en.support.wordpress.com/apps/.
If you’re a Flipboard user, feel free to contact Anthony for tips on setting up a custom Flipboard for CapCert Connections, or any ASDWA blog.
Printing and Sharing Options
Another great feature of the CapCertConnections Blog is the ability to print and share individual posts. The Print feature will let you print to a network printer or to PDF. The downside of this feature, at the moment, is that it prints the entire page [not just the title and body of the article], so you will see some links and other page items included. The Sharing options include links to email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+. Look for the “Share This” buttons at the bottom of every page and article. Look for the “Share This” buttons at the bottom of every page and article. Note: you may need to view an individual article to see its sharing options. You can do this by clicking on the title of any article.
